Codex is a customizable card game themed after real-time strategy games such as WarCraft 3 and StarCraft. You build your deck as you play from a pool of cards in your "codex". You'll grow your economy by hiring workers, and spend the gold on summoning heroes, leveling them up, casting their spells, and building more and more powerful units. Each game plays out differently even if you play the same faction over and over because you can try different “build orders”. Each faction has several different strategies and heroes to pull from.
